Dunno if anyone has asked already but what is your favourite or what is the best CT album in your opinion.
For me if i had to choose it would have to be Blue Bell Knoll. What do you think?ctblue

Does Moon And The Melodies count? Ooze Out and Away, Onehow is probably my favorite track, way up at the top of the heap anyway.
Very hard to pin down, just like favorite band member. :dunno:

wow, I'm surprised.
It's always interesting to see what the hardcore fan-types regard as the best or favorite album (of any artist). On a general music board, the answers tend to fall in lockstep with the common "wisdom". In those kinds of places, the HOLV & Treasure album always get named first and foremost.
I would say HOLV for me, but as much as it surprises me to say it, Blue Bell Knoll is closing ranks quickly. This is a fairly recent revelation for me. I've only had this album for about a year & a half, and after as many as the first 8 listens, I was left utterly indifferent and convinced that my opinion couldn't possibly change.
now... somehow. someway.. I feel a lot differently about it. After putting aside the album for weeks/months, a 9th or 10th listen revealed a few songs that i liked. Then I put the album away for another few months. Played the album again.. suddenly, I really liked 80% of the album! how the hell did this happen!?!?!?
Things like this wreak havoc upon my attempts at ordered existence.

BBK :)
I alternate on a lunar basis between BBK and HOLV - but they all have their special place. Just got back from an hour's car ride listening to BBK, full blast, windows down, cigar on the go - ain't life grand.

I can never answer this question.. I love them all, not equally, but without a clear winner if that makes sense. :)

If I this was desert island discs and I could only take one CT album - it would be BBK

I'd have to cheat and either have lots of hidden tracks or persuade a pigeon to deliver the rest to me.
