i urge you to go and get your copy of the moon & the melodies and play this track again - RIGHT NOW! it really is absolutely brilliant. i just LOVE the bass line and those little singing chirps that liz does are just stunning!!

i find that when i don't listen to an album for a while and then i come back to it, it all sounds so much fresher to me.

Uh, what's with Liz's hat in that photo???

I discovered the Moon and the Melodies during my artsy college phase. I played it in the studio one summer afternoon I was shooting roles of film of my friends (and my main squeeze at the time). Some great pictures came from that session....

Not to get too personal, but it's also a great album to make love to.

Now I've shared to much and will retreat into a corner. :o

Yes , Eyes are Mosaics is a great song !!!!!!!!!!
One of my favourites .
I find that I have this Cocteau clock inside me that works with amazing
accuracy , and suddenly I find myself dying to hear certain songs or albums ,
and the time spans are so regular !

What is with us all today? I agree, of course, but i've just talked about this on the Blue Bell Knoll thread! It must be 'cause spring is in the air.
Just for the record, the best 'great sex' album has to be victorialand.

well i suppose if you're into laying around and into (gasp) "having someone make love to you" i'd agree.....but as that's not for me, i'd prefer to fuck to something a bit more lush like bbk!

Or "Garlands" when you're in the mood for that candles and incense burning in a dark room with close air speed-goth angst sex.

You're muddling the Cocteaus with some weird U2 & Manic Street Preachers collaborative effort there Leesa!
