Beatrix Key?

Does anyone here know what key "Beatrix" is in? It's been vexing me for awhile, as I have tried to pick the song out on guitar and been thoroughly confounded. Robin has a knack for choosing such chords as are impossible to piece together by guesswork.

Well the opening chord is C minor, but he throws in notes which make it like a C harmonic minor...but then he changes..it doesn't fit one key, CT changes keys almost once in many songs I found...
I'll look more later...it is quite neat....but the opener is like C minor, but then goes to an Ab major then a G major chord or something...then back down to C minor...all before that bass comes in..I may be able to make more sense of later when I have time...
C minor has the Bb, Eb , and Ab, but the harmonic minor raises the Bb to a B natural...it is easier to tab than try to pick a key given how it changes...good question, such an interesting song..

Hmm...I listened some more, and that song is a tricky bugger..yet there is a trick to it...the verse seems to jump around but it islike the intro, which goes a bit like this:

These are notes I picked on guitar...not the fingering I think is actually played...the repeated top notes are like that resonating sound...all the notes seem to fit, hope that helps..

That didn't work so well...seems spaces gets squashed together into one space, so i had to space it out with the .

Thanks for the help, Scott. The harmonic modification explains a lot, actually. Definitely explains the dusky, murky feel the entire song has, tonally.
