Not sure whether to put this cheeky little thread up but….

Has anyone else noticed a direct correlation between the CT’s albums music and their associated artwork? Let’s explore the evidence:

Garlands – A bit weird – interesting – not a hint of what was to follow.
HOH – Fragile crystalline beauty – evocative – dreamlike – haunting.
Treasure – Gorgeous – sumptuous – confident- landmark.
Pink Opaque – Mostly harmless…………………….worth it to get Millimillenery on CD! (huh?)
Victorialand – Abstract – minimal – yet really rather kissable.
Moon and the Melodies – Not them! …..but okay!
Blue Bell Knoll – A bit blurred. - Pass the mirror!
HOLV – Bright – colourful – matches a million coffee tables
FCC – Ugh – pointless – horrid – let’s pretend it never happened
Milk/Kisses – My my, this is surprisingly beautiful! Would’ve been even better with Alice and the superior version of Half-gifts. Who chose this running order anyway?
BBC – a bit ‘all over the place’ but essential
Stars/Topsoil – why?

You’ll perhaps forgive me if I exclude the remasters?

See what I mean though?
:D

Yes, there's a definite correlation but I think I'd change Four-Calendar Café to "junk" and Milk & Kisses to "soon fading away into nonexistence."

Pearly Dewdrops' Drops 7" and the Spangle Maker 12"/CD had lots of swirly spangles on the front...
