I've created a little music video for the track "Treasure Hiding" which is sort of a video art/montage piece. It's 5 minutes long. I've uploaded it to youtube, if you'd like to watch it the link is posted below. Remember that the quality isn't the greatest because you're quite limited when it comes to file sizes and youtube uploading. However, feel free to leave your comments either directly below the video on youtube or in this thread. Feedback is always welcome.

Beautiful images .... but sorry I don't feel equiped to comment any further. Two reasons
1) I've just realised how long it is since I last listened to M&K ... probably over a year
2) To use the radio/TV analogy. I prefer listening to CT tracks rather than watching videos .... the pictures are so much better !!
btw Glad to see that you can still post Leesa. I do wonder how did you managed to produce this video on a 'borrowed' PC ..... now that's really skillful in my eyes
p.s. I have to comment on the choice of music .... early Elton John, This Mortal Coil & The Smiths .... brilliant !!

I used Windows Movie Maker, built in to Windows....and I'm scrobbling with my iPod.
AND......I have to be in group sessions in less than 2 hours.
sleep fast! But we appreciate you being here anyway :)

Really nice video,Leesa!
I'm amazed you can make something like this using basic Windows software on a generic machine.
very kaleidoscopic.....colourful and bright :)
Well done
I LOVED IT.
CONGRATULATIONS MMMENDER!

I only just discovered recently that you can set windows movie maker output to DVD quality- its not great, but much better than the little frames i was using.
How did you get so many images into it without it stalling out?
Mine craps out once you merge 8 clips, for some reason :(
great video btw! :)

I used a lot of pre-made experimental clips and broke them down to about 5 clips per piece, so I had about 20 in total to work with. Then, I just used a lot of transitions, mainly fade and disolve so that the clips were playing on top of each other and it seemed to work out just fine. Then I did the titles and black frames in photoshop. It really didn't take me very long at all. I find it a really easy program to work with, since I'm used to working with 'real' editing software...but for now, this will have to do. ANyway, I'm happy enough with the results.

I have been listening to it in my car after many years of ignoring it, and I have to agree M&K is quite a bit better than I remembered.

Lessa-
It's really cool!
Iv'e been dabbling in the making of music video to songs I love.
There so much fun (but time consuming) when they work!
Hope you enjoy my video mixes when you get back Leesa.
I needs some feedback!
Enjoy!
