.....in who's mind, words, echo'ed, fizzed and popped...

ice blue beaconed eyes shinning with a stab of pain that shot straight across you. Young and sweet, she had uncanny intonations. Out of touch with hidden words she placed her emotions in screams. No one heard her until Robin brought her to this scene.

Bent in agony she straighted out at the mic. She yelled insanities, absurdities in other languages what a fright!

the masses heard her. silence over came them. they listened....

they sat motionless unable to speak as if they had contracted her disease.

I couldn't decipher what she was saying yet i understood her every screech.

There once was a girl named Liz
of the Cocteau Twins, in the music biz
Her voice, like a beautiful bird's
even though she rarely used any words
sent shivers down the length of my spine
with the language of her own design
They would impact me for years to come
the rhythm machine, and luscious strum
of the Twin's etherial mood guitar
their sound would spread both wide and far
for many years causing stirring of hearts
until one day they split apart
I remember the sorrow, and how my heart sank
but I choose to be grateful, I choose to thank
Simon, and Robin, and Elizbeth Fraser
for filling my life with musical treasure
Had it not been for their magic of song
I may never have found where I belong

OK, I'll finish it myself:

There once was a young girl named Liz
Who appeared on a radio quiz
She named songs, hits and misses
Sang tracks from "Milk & Kisses"
And won a weekend in Cadiz.

There once was girl named Liz
Who got in a bit of a tiz
In order to calm her
She purchased some armour
And on wearing it said "gee whizz".
