I read now on Dif juz (a beautiful band!) my space:

"Dif juz served as a backing band for reggae/dub luminaire Lee Scratch Perry
for a few live dates. A studio album of this collaboration was actually recorded
with ROBIN GUTHRIE as producer. For one reason or another,this album was
never released and sits unheard in the 4ad vaults..........."

Is it true?

I would SO LOVE to hear this. I think Robin's production work on Out Of The Trees was absolutely phenomenal and I love how he re-worked the Dif Juz arrangements. Unfortunately, I remember reading a while back that these particular Lee Perry sessions would never see the light of day :(

Same here! Holy squack! Dif Juz, the legendary Lee "Wackjob" Perry and Guthrie at the controls?! How could this NOT get released?! It ain't right!
