The "cocteautwins.com" domain appears to have expired. This is disappointing -- that site was chock full of good information that deserves to be preserved and I'd hate to see the domain swiped by some random squatter. Who owned the domain before? Does Robin have any interest in buying/preserving it?

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of having the domain name transferred to my custody so that this doesn't happen again. I've renewed it for 4 years.

I will also be moving the site to my own server in the next few days, but it should be back online soon.

Meanwhile, I'd like to acknowledge the contribution and generosity of Jack Huynh, who has been hosting the CocteauTwins.com Web site since 1994 or 1995, since we first put it together, and has taken care of the domain registration as well. He deserves enormous credit for his commitment to the Cocteau community.

Best,
Michael

Thanks Michael! That's wonderful of you. I didn't know (or have long since forgotten) who was responsible for the care and feeding of that site.

I remember Jack Huynh's name from waaayyyy back in the day. I have since wondered what became of him and had no idea he has been quietly hosting the official site all this time. Big kudos to him as well.

Yay! Thanks Jack for hosting all this time (we met in New Orleans about 10 yrs ago--Aimee and Charlene--as I remember we all danced at Oz). Thanks for keeping the site afloat and graciously passing the torch.

Thanks to Michael for accepting said torch and running with it. Thank you.
