I can't imagine Guthrie and Perry would be sharing a stage (or Fraser, for that matter) but Brendan Perry's voice always reminds me of Frank Sinatra's, which, coupled with Robin Guthrie's guitar playing, would be pretty pretty prettay good. And that's an understatement.

At least if Robin goes to Montreal he can embrace the magic of poutine.

um, yep, we'll do some shows together.
I guess it'll be announced soon, although I don't know much about those things being somewhat removed from the music business.
It's not a collaboration thing, we'll just tour together, but who knows, maybe we'll play together, we've not even talked about that.
Could be cool ..
Anyway, for my part, I'll be performing, hopefully, as a part of a trio who play just like me but a little louder .....

well, Robin beat me to it! i am on Brendan Perry's promo email list, and today he sent a message that said, in part:

"I am also very happy to announce my upcoming tour of the US, Canada and Mexico which commences in Washington DC on may 30. This will be a very special tour for me as I will also be accompanied by my old associate and friend Robin Guthrie from the Cocteau Twins who will be performing his very own unique style of music together with films of his original animations.
