Need help identifying a CT song

I was cleaning up my clutter the other day and stumbled across one of those promotional tape s that I picked up at a concert many many years ago(was it Cocteau Twins or Brian Ferry? Can't remember). This promotional tape was from Polygram and was called"Flood 13 1/2 and other disasters"(don't ask me why they picked that name or what it means). On this tape there were tracks from many of the 80's/90's bands, such as The Charlatans U.K., The Wonder Stuff, James....etc. One of them, of course, is CT. The name of the track is called "Mud & Dark". Since I'm by no means a serious CT collector, my question to you folks is this: Is this track already available on any album/single/compilations...etc.? Or did I just stumble over a piece of hidden CT treasure?
