let's face it the song is perfect as it stands but i've always wanted to hear acoustic versions of some of their more energetic tracks.

Yeah I love Summerhead too Mmmender and an acoustic version could be great. If makes you wonder what other tracks would work with acoustic instrumentation? How about an acoustic "When Mama Was Moth" :crazy:

I can imagine what it might sound like. For me, it would have to be acoustic guitar-based, not a piano ballad a-la Twinlights. I don't need another piano ballad, no matter whose great song it is.

I wonder if there is even the slimmest chance that Mr. Guthrie would ever, say, build new backing tracks behind Liz's already existing vocal tracks to make new versions? Probably not. Oh well, its fun to imagine.
