August holydays

I think that I will spend a few days in London during this August. Could somebody lodge me in London during these a few days?

I spy a retreat to behind the Watford divide being undertaken!

Personally I know a Londoner and would happily pass on his address as a place for lodgings ..... unfortunately his wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 guineau pigs, 1 hamster, umpteen goldfish and tortoise might have something to say abouit it .....

on the other hand - that's a banquet to Phil! ;-)

I have to disagree, F....I can only ever manage one guinea pig during any given sitting.

I would try Holland House or City Club if you really don't have the money to spend on lodging. The former being the nicer of the two. Both are hostels.

Both would cost you around 15-20 pounds per night.
