In the FAQ section of the website it says the following:

were your images were used on the cover of lullabies to violaine by cocteau twins? Yes. Vaughan Oliver of v23 had seen some of my work previously and contacted me to ask if he could use them for a commission he was working on for the record company 4ad. This turned out to be Lullabies to Violaine for Cocteau Twins.

On the main page of his website he's got a Flash file that transitions through some of his work which you should be able to view in the window below (use the inserted scroll bar on the right side of the screen to scroll down to the flash image part of the page). If you're unable to view this moving flash file, I've downloaded it and converted it to a .wmv file which you can download from this link:
