-----LIZ FRASER GETS BRIEF MENTION-----
The first news about Massive Attack's fifth album has leaked. In the tradition of
the faintly ethereal female vocalists favoured by the band, singer-songwriter
Stephanie Dosen (Bella Union) is currently in the studio working with 3D et al.
Dosen follows in the tradition of such illustrious singers as Tracey Thorn and Liz
Fraser as a guest of Massive. On their last album, 2003's "100th Window", the band
were joined by Sinead O'Connor on three songs. Dosen came to prominence this year
with her winsome debut album, "A Lily For The Spectre". She also appeared as a
guest on Later. . . With Jools Holland on November 30. (NME.com)

1) The entire live Cocteau Twins performance at The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles
(1990) has been remastered by fan and forum member, Duncan. You can download the
entire concert for free from this forum link:

2) The entire live Cocteau Twins performance at The Markethalle in Hamburg, Germany
on January 29, 1985 is now available to download for free to all forum members.
This concert was initially put up on DIME as a torrent, and has now been put into

-----COCTEAU TWINS RADIO-----
A new internet radio station is in the works called 'Cocteau Twins Radio' while the
band is the centrepoint of the website that's not going to be its only focus. Once
the station is up and running it plans to host a variety of new as well as classic
artists from the 'shoegaze' realm. Until all of the proper royalty plans have been
set in place, the station will at first be transmitting copyright-free Cocteau Twins
material, which includes live performances as well as fan-produced remixes and cover
versions. Anyone who is interested in producing their own segment for broadcast is
invited to contact the Webmaster through the site. The website is expected to

More than 300 Cocteau Twins ringtones have been created. Fans are invited to
download these ringtones from a wide selection of their discography. The ringtones

Rumour has it that the "Pearly Dewdrop's Drops" video will soon be officially
available to download from i-Tunes, followed shortly afterwards by "Carolyn's
Fingers" & "Heavn or Las Vegas". Some Lush videos will also be available, and maybe
at some point in the near future some Kirsten Hersh.

-----COCTEAUFEST 2008-----
Preliminary plans are in place for CocteauFest 2008, which is scheduled to be held
in Chicago. If there are any Chicago residents out there who are interested in
