Default Lost In Monterey

I was checking out Robin's discography on his site when I saw that he actually released this one track called "Lost In Monterey", on a compilation called "Fractured Beauty". I can't seem to find it anywhere on the net and I can't indeed even make sure it was actually released. Does anyone know more about this 'lost' Robin track?

Hey Ghosty, it was indeed released, according to Robin's website, in May of 2006. The only other tidbits of information I could find is that the track is 3:47 long and was released on a label called Music House/Mute Song. I haven't seen it anywhere for purchase or download, maybe it will someday be added to an album or as a b-side on a single/ep.

Yeah, this is news to me as well. I did manage to find a picture of the CD cover but nothing more. It says it's an Abstract/Experimental/Ambient album....which might explain the fact that there are 46 tracks on the disc, some of them only mere seconds long. In fact, Robin's track "Lost In Monterey" is listed on the disc 3 times with different time lengths as track 15 (3:47), track 30 (1:00) and track 46 (00:30). This is where I got the information and picture from.

I'll keep searching and see if I can find anything.....or better yet, we can try asking Robin directly?

Ok, I actually found a place online where you can hear the original (3:47) version of the song as well as the alternate versions:

Yes but in order for them to approve your membership you have to confirm your affiliation within the music industry in some manner......because I attempted to register myself and then realised I wasn't eligible. It says the following on the registration page.........

I managed to get a copy of the track. It's most definitely ambient.
